Delivery by CB
CB will deliver on at least one fixed working day per week. You can add up to five extra delivery days (Monday – Friday, and Saturday).
CB offers the option to reserve a timeslot for deliveries. The capacity for reserving a timeslot is limited and can only be offered to the extent that it fits within reasonable logistical limits and planning. The minimum purchase period for a timeslot is 3 months.

Customers can receive deliveries normally planned for Monday (ordered on Friday) on Saturday. Capacity for weekend delivery is limited and can only be offered to the extent that it fits within reasonable logistical limits and planning.

Book Information Sticker (BIS)
You can choose to have CB add the book information sticker (BIS) to the delivered books. The sticker contains information, such as: title, author, price and barcode.

24-hour delivery
Standard delivery time is 48-hour delivery. Orders for 24-hour delivery can be submitted on working days until 23:00 for next-day delivery, provided that stocks of the requested titles are sufficient to meet demand. 24-hour delivery is not dependent on your delivery days.

Returns
Returns of non-commercial books ordered under DUD conditions can be made within 10 working days of the invoice date, without requiring publisher permission, and at no additional cost to you.
