Analytics
In Analytics, you will find information about the books, e-books and audiobooks you purchase from CB. It offers insight into your orders, order value and returns, among other things, and always contains the most up-to-date information available. Our rates depend on the size (turnover) of your organisation and the number of accounts you need.

* For the classification in turnover, we take the balance of the gross purchase value (excluding VAT) of the purchases of books, e-books and audio books invoiced by CB in a year. Classification is determined annually in December based on the previous 12 months.
Analytics costs are based on your organisation’s revenue class and the number of
accounts you use.

Analytics Pro
With Analytics Pro, users can compile their own reports from the available data sources within Analytics, but also add their own sources to make the reports even more complete.
The fixed fee for Analytics Pro is € 280.00 per account per year, irrespective of the turnover class in which your organisation is classified. The variable contribution depends on your specific requirements. Please contact your account manager or send an e-mail to: boekverkoper@cb.nl.
